Nilanjana Dey joined us in 2021 with a sharp mind and a tech-driven approach. Her reliability and problem-solving skills led her to take on the role of Exam Controller (Angikar Paribar) in 2024, where she ensures smooth coordination and management of all academic assessments.
She completed her B.Tech in 2024 and brings strong technical skills to the team, with knowledge of Python and C programming, making her a valuable support in both academic and digital operations.

Academic Coordinator

Biswajit Dutta is not only an educator but also the Co-Founder of Angikar Paribar, playing a key role in shaping the organization’s educational vision. He joined PathShala with a heartfelt purpose—to bridge the gap between underprivileged children and accessible, meaningful education.
With a D.El.Ed completed in 2018 and graduation in 2019, now he is Arts Teaches at Kolaidanga PathShala and Bamira PathShala. His commitment and leadership have also led him to become the Academic Coordinator of Kolaidanga, Banglar Danga, and Bamira PathShala, where he supports academic activities and teacher development.
In addition, he serves as an Office Assistant at TechShala, managing official work with dedication and care.

After graduating in 2019, Subhasish Das began his journey with PathShala in 2022 as a Science teacher. His dedication, creativity, and ability to connect with students quickly made him a vital part of the team. Over time, his efforts were recognized, and he was promoted to Academic Coordinator for both PathShala and GitaBitan.
He currently also serves as the Teacher In-Charge at Patrasayer PathShala, where he not only teaches but also mentors and guides other educators. Subhasish is known for turning classrooms into joyful spaces where learning feels like an adventure.
His motto, “Learning something new and teaching it to others!”
His calm nature, strong bond with students, and passion for teaching make him a beloved figure among learners.

Mousam Dey joined TechShala in 2020 and, with his dedication and forward-thinking approach, was promoted to Assistant Coordinator in 2022. With over 3 years of experience in software engineering, he brings a deep understanding of cloud computing and proficiency in multiple programming languages.
Currently, Mousam leads academic strategy and faculty coordination at TechShala, blending technical expertise with leadership and a clear vision for digital education. Beyond the tech world, he’s also a creative soul and a passionate musician, proving that logic and rhythm can go hand in hand.

She began her journey at GitaBitan as a Dance Teacher in 2024, where her energy, creativity, and love for the art form quickly made her a favorite among students.
Recognizing her dedication and leadership, she was later promoted to become the Teacher-In-Chargeat GitaBitan, where she now leads with enthusiasm and care, nurturing young talents and coordinating cultural programs.

He holds a Master’s Degree, which he completed in 2024, further strengthening his academic foundation and teaching expertise.

She completed her B.Sc in 2023 and is currently pursuing her M.Sc in Geography, set to finish in 2025, continuously growing her academic knowledge alongside her teaching role.

For three years, she also took on the role of Teacher In-Charge, leading the Pathshala with dedication and care.
Now, she continues to share her love for the arts as a full-time Arts Teacher, inspiring students every day with her thoughtful teaching and warm guidance. She completed her B.A in 2015 and earned her M.A in Bengali in 2017, building a strong foundation in language and literature.
